The Bible not only doesn't condemn jewelry, but talks about it in a favorable light on more than a few occasions. I believe in modesty in reference to jewelry, and that is the rule of the day, not scriptural mandates against jewelry--because there aren't any.
As for body piercings...whether they are sinful or not hasn't really come up in our household, since they are decidedly unladylike. No other explanation is needed. |
