Haven't read all through this thread - just a few posts. Very quickly here......
This forum has lots of rooms for both conservative and liberal mindsets and everyone of either view and everything inbetween has the privilege of standing up for what they believe and support what they feel is a proper scriptural view.
I honestly don't see why people feel they need to leave or for one side to feel more overshadowed by another. Everyone has ample opportunity and leeway to contend for their own views and opinions and "truth".
That's my opinion.

This thread isn't about a diversity of viewpoints and the expression of those, it's more about the words and flavor by which we choose to communicate. At least, that was my intention.
