That is a metabolism issue, not caloric. That is the point, calories and fat alone are not the problem.
It is the way we process our foods and our muscle mass, and whole host of things that contribute to the process. If it were simply a calorie/fat content issue, my daughter would weigh 300 lbs., and I would weigh 125 lbs. Sadly, on my part at least, that is not the case.
