Working in a small town means that I take a pay cut, about $4.50 an hour, but the benefits are well worth it, and the hospital, though in a small town, has a lot to offer, and is a major cardiac hospital for that area.
I will be seeking my BSN after about a year, and hope to obtain it within four years from now. I won't be going any further than that, as I have no interest in what a MSN could offer me.
I'm moving in two weeks. You should see my house. Not looking any better while I sit here......

Lauren went to work for Baylor because it is a teaching hospital, the pay is great, but she will likely be in medical mission work or special needs ministry in the future. She is not married, but will likely be in the next year or two, and she wants to be mom to her children, so the preparation now is for service. May God bless you in the paths He has set before you, the medical industry needs righteous servants to love and minister to the sick.
