Why do you all think that being over weight is common here? Is it all the buffetts? LOL Just curious. I was at church last week looking around and about 90-95% of the people there are overweight or not physically fit at all. I am not picking on over weight people there are skin and bone people in this movement too. Just curious why you all think that physical fitness it not a common thing in this movement? It might only be the people I know, but what say ye?
bad diets, no fasting, no excercize, sports are evil?

Much of the food we eat today has very little nutritional value. So our bodies keep telling us to eat and eat and eat. The body needs a certain amount of vitamins, minerals, etc. just to keep us healthy. But alas after we gourge ourselves we still get sick because of the lack of nutrients.

That's the reason that many people with cancer that get on juice only diets (like carrot juice etc.) beat cancer.

ST.Mark,

Let me dig around for a little bit, and I may have the CD. The church is Woodlawn.

I can't remember the name of the message though. I will look for it.
