Many get a wrong perspective from some in the Ministry that would be lords over Gods heritage, Cowboys instead of Sheep herders. Some might have missed their calling and should be sheep dogs instread of shepherds.
I thought the real reason the cons left was because of St. Mark.
Renda!!!!!!! I spent 5 minutes last night coming up with a nice little post to Mark on why the choppers werent out to get him then you go and say this ROFL!!!!!!!!

This is true & also very sad.
The majority of Pastors would also lay down thier lives for the sheep as well.
Very well said, sir.
So many libs have made it seemed like the cons left because they couldn't handle their beliefs being challenged. Nonsense.
My impression has always been that most left simply because they were tired of the endless assaults and insults against beliefs they valued dearly. In my view, it wasn't the disagreement with their convictions, but rather the mockery of those convictions , that made them fed up and decide to leave.
This is a very good point. I completely understand it. But to be fair, many of the conservatives mock people who believe in things they call "greasy grace", "sloppy agape", and other doctrinal differences with equal venom.

There they can find plenty of fault.

Come on, Ron. I've been around here quite a long time and have seen lots of things written on this forum, but I have yet to see anyone condemn the conservatives to hell for what they believe, however, I've seen conservatives condemn others to hell for NOT believing as they believe.
To me, there's nothing worse than that, yet I don't see those being condemned leaving in droves, but rather, they continue writing about what they believe and why, regardless.
Why can't the conservatives do that?
I was conservative once. I spoke about my beliefs and stood up for them, regardless of how others felt. I didn't degrade anyone, even when I told them I disagreed. They far outnumbered me but I never did leave for that reason. In fact, I'm friends still today with some I met on that forum many years ago...even some I still disagree with.
The problem isn't the discussion, but the personal issues...and I've seen that come from both sides here. I don't feel it's been more one side than the other. Both have played equally in the blame.
