Either way, Elohim and variations are used frequently to refer to God/Yahveh in the Old Testament, and Jesus/Yeshua makes it clear He *is* God in the New Testament. They are one at the same...so God seems to work in English fairly well.

Thanks for the lesson. I enjoy learning about other people, life styles and cultures.
