No, the destruction of human life has nothing to do with when the baby has a circulatory system but when it has a soul.

I'm not a transducianist. I believe God gives us our inner man and I believe it happens at conception. Some others think it happens at birth.

At any rate, it's pretty scary to mess with.

So if the morning after pill prevents this potential contraception from happening prior to fertilization would you then qualify this an abortion/murder?

So what happens then when an egg splits a day or two after fertilization (as in the case of identical twins)? Does the soul split at that point?

You see I'm trying to reconcile some like Elder Epley who use
The life of the flesh is the blood ... to apply to a embryo/ fetus ...

When does the embryo/fetus really have "blood" ...?

Would this not be until it develops a circulatory system and blood of it's own....???

I've heard that as soon as it implants, it receives blood from it's mother.

But, a baby and a mother do not share blood. They can have different blood types, and if for some reason the blood mixes then it's not a good thing at all.

Yeah, a medical opinion would be good here.

I don't know if I can give that....lol

I'll see what I can dig up. My baby studying days are kind of past...but I used to know all this stuff off the top of my head. I was planning to become a midwife at one point, still might in the future, after I'm done raising mine alone.
