The application of Jude 1 applies to all it is applicable to. To apply it to one person or one group does not apply here. When Jude recieved the inspiration to pen these words, he wasn't writing about any one group of people. I don't think the terms "Ex-UPC" or "liberal" ever crossed his mind.
