In 1981 -- the year Obama transferred from Occidental College to Columbia University -- Obama visited his mother and sister Maya in Indonesia. After that visit, Obama traveled to Pakistan with a friend from college whose family was from there. The Obama campaign says Obama was in Pakistan for about three weeks, staying with his friend's family in Karachi and also visiting Hyderabad in Southern India.
NOW, It all sounds very innocent, "a college trip to Pakistan".
Pakistan was in turmoil in 1981 and ruled of martial law. Millions of Afghan refugees were living in Pakistan, while the Afghan Mujahedeen operated from bases inside Pakistan in their war with the Soviets. One of the leaders that based his operation in Quetta, Pakistan was Usama Bin Laden (The Sheik).
Pakistan was on the banned travel list for US Citizens at the time and all non-Muslim visitors were not welcome unless sponsored by their embassy for official business.
The would be only a few reasons a young Westerner of the Muslim faith would travel to Pakistan in 1981:
To Participate in Jihad, which is the duty of every "True Believer".
For religious education in a Wahabbi sect, Saudi funded, Madrassa.
In order to purchase drugs from the drug marketplace.
Pakistan was not a tourist stop nor the place to hang out with someone's family in 1981.
You know I have really thought this thing through now concerning this lawsuit. Now Obama has to answer these charges by December 1st.....Berg tried to get the election postponed but that motion was denied. Now here's the deal and here is where it can get really bad.
If Obama can't come forth with the goods, so to speak, and they pull the rug out from under him, there will be blood in the streets in the form of riots. This, I guess should be the main concern.....man this is a lose, lose situation either way. I believe Obama was raised up on purpose by design to incite race wars in this country, and having him disqualified would indeed do the trick.

Well, maybe I'm cynical, but, I doubt if the Supreme Court actually acts on the case. In my opinion, the election results will stand.

And there's still no evidence or proof that he's not a US citizen. I'm pretty sure it's safe to assume he was really born in Hawaii.

The burden of proof is on Obama, not on the plaintiff......when we apply for a job or a drivers license, the burden of proof is on us, not on the employer to prove that we are not US citizens. If I were to go to the store to buy liquour(I don't)the burden of proof is on me to prove that I'm 21 or over, not on the cashier to prove that I'm not of age.
Just plain common sense....Oh also when I'm asked to show ID at a traffic stop and I don't eventually come up with it, I'm considered an illegal alien and should be deported(at least that's the way it supposed to be).

I was very recently a defendant in a court hearing. The plaintiff in this case had zero proof, evidence, documentation, or cause. The judge didn't seem very pleased. He wasn't even interested in the proof, evidence, documentation and witnesses that I had available. Because the plaintiff just looked like a jerk trying to bully someone around....

Being born in Hawaii doesn't make him a US citizen if his mother and step-father applied citizenship of another country to him when he was young and he didn't reapply for US citizenship after he turned 18.

Well, this should be settled one way or the other before the 15th of december.....we will know by then.....if they decide to sweep it under the rug then we will have an illegal alien President who in essence won't legally be president. If Obama doesn't produce, then he gets disqualified and we have riots(not my favorite alternative)all over the country from Obama supporters.
If your referring to that fraud birth certificate that was posted on Obama's fight the smears web site, that has already been proven by forensic experts to be a fraud.
Anyway, this case is alive and well and people need to be aware of it's existence for the last 3 months. This is not just some frivoulous lawsuit from some junior attorney apprentice type trying to make a name for himself.
I'm not here to give my opinion, just to state the facts and what I think the possibilities are.
