The burden of proof is on Obama, not on the plaintiff......when we apply for a job or a drivers license, the burden of proof is on us, not on the employer to prove that we are not US citizens. If I were to go to the store to buy liquour(I don't)the burden of proof is on me to prove that I'm 21 or over, not on the cashier to prove that I'm not of age.
Just plain common sense....Oh also when I'm asked to show ID at a traffic stop and I don't eventually come up with it, I'm considered an illegal alien and should be deported(at least that's the way it supposed to be).
IsoSaint, in this case, Obama has produced a birth certificate and legal documentation. I think that the burden would be on the plaintiff to prove it invalid since that is what he is claiming..
