Re: Some opinions wanted

TV1a, Sometimes it's those people who fall the hardest when good is done for their evil or when kindness is shown in the face of hate.

I know it's easier said than done... and in no way am I saying my response would be superior were I in your shoes, but God is able to change hearts and use people to show His love.

I don't care what people say or do to me. I let that go with no problem. Don't go after my church or my pastor. I won't stop until the last drop of blood hits the ground.

As I mentioned in another post. I'm through playing games with these people. I'm tired of these people throwing thowing people back into the fire as quick as I can pull them out. Our church is finally in the place where people are not being runned off by disgruntled saints.

Spiritual warfare is bloody and messy. There are casualties. If people choose to be part of the problem, they suffer the consequences.

People make the choices which side they want to fight for. If they want to fight against my church and my pastor, they have to go through me.
I know all about spiritul warfare, been there done that.

The one thing that I haven't done is copped the attitude you have. When you are involved in "spiritual gifts" you must be very careful, because when you do things out of anger and hurt, you will be in be trouble because those very gifts will turn on you and destroy you. YOU MUST LET LOVE BE YOUR MOTIVATION, NOT ANGER.

I'm not the judge, but from what you have posted, bro, love doesn't seem to be your motive. You obviously love your pastor, but you must "love those who despitefully use you."

Be careful, lest judgement visit your own home.

Said in love, bro. Don't want what happened to others, to boomerange on you.

Re: Some opinions wanted

One would think honesty would be refreshing. Obviously I must have missed the how to fake it part of religion. Oh wait, I lived that for 35 years. Sorry don't want to go back.

I keep thinking how many people are lost because of this woman. Why would I want God to heal someone who is as destructive as she?

I believe once the dirt hits her casket, memebrs of her family will be saved. Her son in law is a decent man, but won't have anything to do mother-in-law's God. Too bad. The future potential of son-in-law is far greater than the wasted potential of mom in law.

My job is tough pulling people from the fire without people pushing them back in.

As I mentioned Spiritual warfare is a bloody business. Sometimes people choose not to let go of thoe evil spirits. If the choose to allow evil to control them, they suffer.

God has a way of trimming the unporductive branches from the tree. Who am I to ask God if an unproductive unrepentant servant can be grafted back into the tree?

If you are a pastor, then that makes it worse. Guys like you, give us a BAD name.

How dare you say, on the internet, that you feel bad praying that God will heal her cancer. You, my friend, are in some kind of bad shape. '

How can a Man of God, have that kind of attitude and be PROUD of it. It's beyond me, and I NEVER want to find out.

ABSOULTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know you, so this is not personal.

If someone fights your church or your pastor, he does not need you acting as a "spiritual body guard", unless you are fighting with prayer and fasting.

If your pastor is preaching the Word of God, he has God on his side, you are just flesh and blood.

Re: Some opinions wanted

Someone once said, "And such were some of you."

I'd hope that nobody would ever think of me in the same light as someone who is a troublemaker, unrepentant, and therefore, unworthy of a prayer to save my wretched soul.

There, but for the grace of God........

Bro. you want to know why you should pray for someone as destructive as she is.....it's called MERCY!!!! But for the grace of a merciful God there go you.

It appears that she's done some pretty bad things, but bro, you are not the judge or even the jury.

Let me ask you a question....Are you a minister in that church?

Re: Some opinions wanted

I understand what your saying. The enemy is playing dirty and violent. I've ceased to be hurt by religion long before recent experiences. So hurt and anger doesn't factor into the equation.

I love the lost a lot more than those dead weights on the bench killing growth.

I plead the blood of Jesus every day over my family, over my home, over my church and the pastor.

I won't have to fight this battle much longer because the spirit that has been attacking the work of God in my church is gasping for its last breath.

Trust me, if it weren't for love for the lost, I would have walked along time ago.

God's enemies are my enemies. If people choose to attack God's work in my community they have become my enemy.

It is a given there is always an open door for repentance. History shows and scripture suggests if one goes too far, chances a person will responde to repentance is slim and none.

We cannot say what "too far" is.
God is the Judge.
Mercy tells me to stay out of God's business and let Him be the Judge.

Blessings to you.

Re: Some opinions wanted

I beleive in mercy. I'm not setting myself up as judge, jury, or executioner. I am willing to say so long to unfruitful people who not only rot on the vine, but take some of the fresh fruit with it. I am willing to say if one comes back as a fox to destroy the vice of fresh fruit, the fox has to be destroy. God is the judge, jury, and executioner.

At least while this woman is fighting cancer, she is too sick to fight the Chruch.
