The woman has been on the job 2 to 3 years longer than the man. Both of them have the same degrees. The woman has about 50 to 75% more responsibilities than the man. They are at the same level. He makes several thousand dollars more per year than the woman (almost $10,000.00 more). My friend is not one to complain. Maybe things will eventually improve.
