I find it interesting in your initial post on this thread you said this was not about standards and pro/con arguments should be taken else where. It seems that's almost all people are posting about.
Are you asking why are there more women in Pentecost/UPCI? If that is your question it does apply across the board not only to Pentecost but other churches as well. I think in most cases men tend to "follow " their wives to church instead of leading. This is unfortunate but does seem to be the norm for our society.
Any other thoughts that are not pro/con related?
