Pajamas --for home only?

To me wearing pjs out in public doesn't seem proper,I'm kinda old fashioned in some areas,pjs are sleepwear and to me it kinda shows manners not to wear them in public.

Be modest and be decent but dress proper for the occasion.

Of course, this year they also banned hoodies. Imagine that!

I have done it. Once. I went to my Mom's for dinner. We were planning to watch movies afterwards. So I just wore a sweatshirt and my "Grumpy Pants" (they have smiley and grumpy faces on them, and that's what I call them, lol).

At some point we realized that we needed an ingredient from the store. I lost the Rock/Paper/Scissors. I could either drive out of my way and stop at home and change first, or I could go as I was.

I decided to be brave. And truly, not one person gave me a second look.

The last statement is what's wrong with the world today. Not only with the way people dress, live, talk, things they do in the office, things they do at home. etc..... list goes on & on.

We as a nation are losing it. No one really cares. We only care about what effects us at that time.

The Bible speaks of a time when every man did that which was right in his own eyes.

We know (are at least should know) the outcome when that happens.

We the people need to care about everything.

I disagree. I think the problem is that we come from a religious culture where everyone and their brother think that it's their job to tell you everything that is right and wrong and precisely how you should live your life.

Rather than helping anyone, all this does is edge out the Holy Ghost (who needs to rely on God when it's just easier to listen to Mr. So-n-so.

Even Jesus said to worry about the speck in your own eye first.

I can't speak for Renda, but I do know this. It's not that I don't care about other people, and if sincerely asked, I am always willing to share my opinion. But when it comes to determining personal preferences, convictions, etiquette and the like, I think it is between the individual and God. And I think that we, the people, need to let them work it out together.

Seriously without going to extremes on either sides,a no care attitude is not good because no man is an island unto themselves,of course the other extreme that one walks on eggshells for fear that everything is wrong produces paranoia.

But what we do affects others as believers we are not to let our good names be evil spoken of.

Somethings may not be sinful or will send you to hell but they might not be in our best interest,our in the best interest of being an ambassador of Christ.

Michlow, even heathens have a leader and follow rules. If not they are killed or become outcast.

To say all it does is edge out the HG is wrong. From the beginning God set men in place to be our leaders. They help direct us. You have to chose.

I would suppose you are ok with doing what ever you please, say going 75 mph in a school zone when the speed limit is 30 mph. The local government says you're wrong. It's not a heaven or hell issue. It's the law.
Wearing PJ's out in the public is a common sense issue. Yet some folks have no common sense. True, Maybe they have not been taught. But someone needs to start caring and try to reach them.
