Ron, you should be able to log into your paypal account and pay for the item. There should be a place that lists ebay items you need to pay for.

Normally sellers will send you an email after the auction to confirm your bid and give you payment/shipping options. If you pay before they do that then they'll usually just send it to you. If you don't get it w/in two weeks make sure you contact them.
