Carpool thread

Ok, I live here in NW Ohio. And I'd really, really love to get to go to this gathering!!

But it is a 9 1/2 hour drive at the least from here. Walt won't be able to take time off of work to go. And I don't really want to drive all that way by myself.

I will be honest tho and tell you all that I am a much better driver than I am a rider (I tend to throw up when anyone else drives. Even if we're only going to Toledo. Sorry!)

Having said that, I am VERY willing to drive my van to the gathering. But I don't want to go alone? Anyone care to hop in with me? I have a Dodge Caravan (7 passenger) so there's plenty of room.

please let me know if you are even considering it so I can start putting some $$$$'s aside

Now I'm also thinking that if anyone else wants to use this thread to arrange carpools from their area, it would probably be easiest to keep all the carpooling conversation in one place. So feel free to use this for your own purposes as well.

Or maybe the admins could edit the title of this thread to reflect "Carpool from Ohio to Jackson Gathering" and have a separate thread for each area so that it doesn't get real confusing in a single thread?
