Without the test I would say one of my top strengths is organization.

Strengths are actually God-given - a natural talent. Your naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling, or behavior.

You can acquire knowledge (facts and lessons learned) or skills (training), but your strengths are basic and come natural to you.

I'm not going to use all of your terminology (lol). I'm just going to put it in simple terms, because I am a simple person. LOL!

1. I am a natural leader. That means I'm a self-starter and dependable.
2. I'm a goal setter. That keeps me focused and motivated.
3. I love to interact with people, but prefer a one-on-one.
4. I'm hyper, which keeps me going. Don't need drugs or caffeine for that. LOL!
5. I love public speaking!
