So, speaking of "bible".... since this thread is primarily regarding cosmetics... do you see certain verses in the bible that prohibit cosmetics? If so, please share them with us.

Actually quite a bit "bad" behavior (health wise) can be ignored until about 25, like smoking and heavy drinking. Suddenly all these girls who had model figures despite their partying, start seeing flab where none existed.
I never smoked a cigarette nor drank a drank, but I had 6 kids by age 25 and my 16 year old figure left a little with each. My nice white teeth have brown spots. See?

When I was in my 20's/30's, I didn't need much makeup. Just a little powder, curled eyelashes, etc. In my 50's, I have some sunspots, wrinkles, etc. that need a little more help. I really don't even think about it as something God cares about one way or the other! I just think you have to be consistent. How can people preach against makeup, but allow suntanning, teeth whitening, braces, etc.? It's all the same.

Yes, it is a gift from God, I humbly admit. If there is anyone left after my last statement who still believes wearing make up is okay or like wearing braces, they are going to hell. Once you preach the truth to someone, if they don't repent, shake the dust off your feet and move on.
