They go to little places they call "cybers" and can email for a few shillings per minute. They are everywhere, even out in the bush areas. Sometimes you see little mud and thatch buildings that are "cybers". It's pretty amazing. It's outrageous to have internet in their homes though, so that's a really rare thing.
