Not exactly free (with Time Warner Austin, it's part of a $3.45/mo "Movie Pak"), but it'll be on Sundance Channel, this Fall.
But Phelps was hardly the primary rep. Some clips of protests. No interview, if I recall. (And I think I'd recall a Phelps interview!)
