My point is this: I don't think God would use something to "prove" His "Word" is true that, well, doesn't actually prove it!

I agree that there are plenty of fakes in and out of the church...but that does not mean that everyone/everything is a fake.

What about the miracles in the New Testament?....are they fake as well? Christ resurrection...fake?...St.Paul's survival from a deadly snake bite...fake?

I'd have no way of knowing. That close call on the highway could have been supernatural, or just good driving skills, or just luck. (And when things don't go so well, and there is a wreck, that could be God letting it happen for some reason, or it could be bad driving skills, or bad luck.) That girl on the Benny Hinn show rising to her feet from her wheelchair could have been supernatural, or just excitement and expectations and adrenaline. (And when her legs got all wobbly and Benny zapped her and she went to the floor, that could have been supernatural, too. Sure. Why not?)

I'm seriously, Bro. You spend waaaayyyy too much time watching Benny Hinn on television. You should get out more, meet people, go on a date and take up bowling or yard darts.
