I usually draw from two sources.

Some angels transformed into human form and took women for their own.

This created a super race of beings. They are known in history as for examples the elohim of Greece and Rome. They were worshipped as elohim by the normal earthlings.

Perhaps during their time on Earth THEY went to Mars and THEY built the face and other strange objects? If they had superhuman intellect they could have done it in short time span?

Heres another interesting scripture portion.

7: And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8: And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9: And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10: And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11: And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
12: Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. Rev. 12:7-12

War in the Heavens! The devils group is defeated and they COME DOWN TO THE EARTH.

What scripture calls angels and demons could be inhabiting actual planets? They are at war YHWH and his angels vs satan and his?

Just one note on the bolded portion above. People often discount the Genesis 6 accounting as being angels because angels can't be with mankind in that fashion.

If I remember correctly the Book of Enoch said that one of the things God did because of the horrible result of the sons of God taking the daughters of men to wed was to make it where they could no longer do these things.

So... if the Book of Enoch is to be given any credibility... this is something that angels cannot do now but they were once able to do. So they wouldn't have transformed into anything. This was simply within their abilities at that time.

The Book Of Enoch carries a much more detailed account of the Genesis 6 happenings.
