Looking closer at I Cor 8:12, we first of all, have to identify who is weak. Because the person is either not identifying who is weak or they don't care. I can't tell which it is by looking at this scripture. The definition of "wound" is pretty intense - you just keep hitting them with the temptation over and over and over until they cave.

12But when ye sin so against the brethren, and wound [(to “thump”, that is, cudgel or pummel (properly with a stick or bastinado), but in any case by repeated blows;] their weak conscience, ye sin against Christ.

I don't even know why I'm discussing this because I never defrauded or would never defraud - - lol!
