Twisp- The people have tried to get to Court more than 20 times so that the experts can address the issues presented. However, Obama has spent more than 2 million dollars arguing that the plaintiffs don't have standing to bring the law suits.
This week; the plaintiff, S. Cook, who was asked to deploy under Obama
had standing to bring the lawsuit. The case was scheduled for TODAY. Yesterday, the military changed their mind and he is no longer being asked to go to war. SO THE CASE IS MOOT. What a coincidence! NOT.
Too bad for Mr. Cook, that one of the government agencies took it upon themselves to convince his employer to fire him too.
