Jesus way is the ONLY way. So unless you are following HIS word you will not make it and you will go to hell. Sin is still sin and if someone commits sin they are in danger of going to hell. Candy coat it if you like but if it is sin it needs to be named.
and as a disclaimer: I am not saying you are not following it, it is for each of us to look into our hearts and decide for ourselves. Unfortunately there may be some that feel they are and will find out they are wrong after all.
also sin is not necessarily things that are taught out of tradition but the Bible does say that for the man who knows to do good and doesn't, it is sin.
