Let me clarify. The "Prayer of Faith" is my description. Not Bro. Klinedinst's. It was a simple yet powerful prayer for God to pour out His Spirit. Can't comment on the casting out of devils in Mexico. Although,
Luke 11:14 does describe an incident when Jesus cast out a demon that caused a man to be mute. He was able to "speak" after Jesus had performed this miracle.
