With divorce happening to about half of all marriages, there are lots of children affected. Children are torn from one parent to the next, and the parents tear the children apart to get to the other parent. The children end up in counseling or needing it and never getting it, and they end up being hateful individuals as adults without knowing what a proper bonding relationship is all about.
And I didn't say that NONE of them flaunt it, but the ones who do are the ones that also have multiple partners. For most gays who live in a monogamous relationship, there is no flaunting. There is no need to do so.

That's not the point here. There are snails without shells too. It's just irrelevant. BTW, divorce rate is not 1/2 of marriages, that's a faulty oft-quoted statistic, and many of those divorces are people with multiple divorces, pushing the rate higher. Either way, so what's your point? We're screwed up here so let's just get screwed up more? The "white flag" theory?
Homoesexuality is the most flaunted "lifestyle choice" today.
I can tolerate liberal-minded Christian friends, but on this issue, there's not an inch. Do some research on this, outside of your local newspaper and tv stations. I challenge you. There's a forum in Berkely (just Berkely of all places) that had an intense debate. Check it out. From a Christian worldview, from a sociological, psychological and common sense perspective, it's not good for America to point to that as anything above an "alternative lifestyle," which they'd love to be promoted to "equally good."
Are we now having a full-out same-sex marriage debate? That may explain your defensiveness on this thread against a show that glorifies same-sex marriage.
