I have known DB for quite a while. He has studied how to manage people from an early age- ( I do not mean this in a bad way) I think one of his majors in college focused on this- he graduated with a double major. I do believe that he is much more moderate than his books protray. (He wrote his first book(s) with his mother who is much more hard line.) I think he can be a healer to the organization, if he is given the opporturnity. That is a big if- I wish him all the best.
