I did not personally poll any.
My wife worked in a restaurant and it was general knowledge there.
I have also read posts by other restaurant employees who agreed.
I'm not trying to paint all OP's with the same brush but from what I understand, religious folks are notoriously poor tippers.
I remember when 10 percent was considered an adequate tip in a restaurant and then it went to 1 percent. Now for the past 15-20 years 20 percent is considered standard here in SW Ohio.

2) Those ballots were then counted, and, let's say, the top 4 candidates were announced: Huntley, Mooney, Jones, and Bernard. Then Huntley and Mooney withdrew their names.
3) Then the actual election happened between Jones and Bernard, and Bernard won. Is this accurate????

From what I understand:
1. Nominated: Mooney, Jones & Bernard;
2. PM withdrew his name.
3. First nomination thrown out after a little discussion, process repeated; this time it's Jones, Bernard and Huntley.
4. Huntley withdraws his name.
5. Vote is between Jones & Bernard and Bernard wins.
