If food is being used as a vice as smoking or drinking.. the addiction needs to be dealt with, just as with Caffeine.
I do not post this to be offensive in any way, but I will say this... one thing I have learned as a person who struggles with a weight issue, wearing pants show or tell fluctuation of weight real quick. It is a great measuring stick for weight gain… keeps a woman in check that is for sure. With a skirt, weight can go up or down 10lbs and it not be noticeable. This might have an impact in some way…just a thought.
For the most part though, I think that sometimes women (and even men) just get comfortable in life and happy in their lives and gain. Some people are predisposed to weight issues. This does not give a license to be overweight… it just means that you accept it and then work to bring it under control. We shouldn’t judge however, because we don’t know who is working on it…only God knows the heart.

Lisa,
Not to hijack this thread, but your daughters are so pretty! Just like their
mother! Look sweet too, just like their mother!
