And I'm not sure it would matter if someone hears the gospel or not. The vast majority (I think) have never heard it. But, of those who have heard it, some will believe it and obey it, and some will not believe it. Why not? One reason might be that it doesn't make sense to them. Is that somehow their fault? Does God hold us accountable for our mental acumen, in understanding it sufficiently to "believe" it?
