Well, I'm sitting in a hotel in Memphis. Last night, I discovered that I am right next door to where Renda works, so she is coming to get me and take me to lunch somewhere today, since I don't know my way around out here by the airport very well.
Eddie and I stayed here last night, and he flew to Baltimore this morning for a conference. I fly out to Brazil tomorrow afternoon, so I'm kind of stuck in this hotel for a while. I have his car right outside, but I don't really have anywhere to go and don't want to spend any money, so the malls are out. I will take a shuttle to the airport tomorrow and he'll fly in Saturday and get the car to go home.
This is the longest I've ever gone away from Eddie. I won't see him for TWELVE days!!!
The longest I've been away in the past is 8 days. But I'm very excited about Brazil!!!
