When preachers speak in that context, they are referring to people turning around, yet phrase it as doing a complete 360. LOL!
When we turn away from sin, we aren't doing a 360. That would be facing sin, would it not?
If my daughter is facing me and I want her to turn around, I tell her to turn around with the expectation that she'll be facing away from me when she stops. When I want her facing me again, I tell her to turn back around.
Now, are we confused yet? LOL!
