I disagree with dress standards. Yes, except JUST BE MODEST!
Since I do not believe in "one step", I did not preach against Acts 2:38 here. But I have stated dress standards are error, however it is not a salvational issue unless a person thinks the way they dress should be added to Acts 2:38 for salvation.
When it comes to standards, I do disagree with them. But they are not salvational as most standard-keeping people will propose. Some claim they may be salvational, but I think they are a minority. However, comparing someone who is trying to persuade people about the entire bible being wrong is a far cry from someone proposing that dress standards are not salvation. I think most would agree.

Ok, fair enough. I wasn't 100% sure where you were with the salvation thing but I was pretty sure about the dress codes.
But I think you will acknowledge that many pastors DO feel dress codes are a salvational issue, so I think the comparison is valid. To many, your disagreement with the dress codes would be tantamount to Timmy's disagreement with the bible as a whole, but to YOU it's much different. It all depends on who's turf is trying to be protected. I know some pastors who would, with no hesitation, call you a "voice of the devil" and forbid their members to speak to you.
I guess what I'm saying is, if you're able to state your disagreement with pentecostal dress codes, then Timmy should be able to give his perspectives. Eventually, people are going to hear his viewpoints and hear them from someone who actively seeks to destroy. So why not hear it here from a kind and decent man where there's also an opportunity for worthwhile rebuttal?
