I can't stand this letter either...

No time to type out all the why, but I'll never sit in a church with a pastor who'd write something like this. No way, no how, never, ever, ever again. It's not healthy.

I can understand that, but of course at the same time if I had a church full of "saints" who wrote the other letter to me they could walk too for all that mattered.

Point is there are some really bad, power hungry pastors out there, all agree. And there some idiot, cry babys sitting in the pews too. Such is life. To pastor and "saint" alike, dont like it, get out. Either way you can interpret each letter like most here do the bible, 50 thousand ways. Those who lean one way will make it say what they want to hear and vice versa. There is just so much more in the church I can find to complain about most of the time. Like why did they paint the nursery baby poo green ? Or why is that kid crying in here while Im trying to video my sermon to post online ! (Luv ya Nakhoe!)

Re: Letter from the Pastor

I hereby place "just sayin'", with or without the apostrophe, in the public domain.

How about we all just shut up, pay 20% tithe, do all the church cleaning, give the pastor a monthly week get away. Never place a call to his office, never question anything, never miss a service. Never talk about our work related challenges (since we work in the secular world). Give him just small talk and a quick handshake, never request a topic to be preached. So just one preacher out their can hang their head high and stop sheep slapping.
