This must be why I have this little bag of beans. I saved them because it is so funny. Now I remember! It was a White Elephant gift!

Place White Lima beans in a small zip lock bag. Attach these instructions:

Magic Weight Loss Beans

Instructions:

1. Remove beans from bag.

2. Throw them on the floor.

3. Bend down and pick up each bean.

4. Repeat hourly as needed.
