It's not always the strongest signal, but works. I went to work and asked my boss since he knows everything...lol I asked if that was illegal... he told me that he leaves his open with no password and he doesn't care if his neighbors use it. Some know it is left unsecured, some do not.
A family member told me that they had heard of whole cities being open internet access... I'm sure it would be included in taxes somewhere huh?
