LOL... we're having to break ice every day for our animals.
And tonight we wrapped our outside faucets with a towel over a HEATING PAD.
I thought of that as a joke.
Our oldest granddaughter feeds and waters our animals. With pay of course. And she forgot to break the ice over the chickens water. My husband had to go do it. He made the comment, did she think they could peck through ice.......lol
We will probably wrap tomorrow our outside faucets tomorrow, and put a heat lamp in the chicken pen. I wonder if we should for the goats as well. Do you put heat lamps in your pens?

I undid the hose from the faucets and they are standing straight up like a cobra - - lol!!! I didn't try to bend them down because I'm sure that would break them!
