I sent the video to a couple of dear friends in Newfoundland last evening
and received this response this morning. They spent ten days in Texas last
September and decided they want to retire here. They loved TEXAS! In fact
I met them on this forum.

"This surely explains why we love Texas and hope to retire there"!
