On the 15th day of Feb., I posted this YouTube video of a song "On My Father's Side".
Todate there has been 33 views, but not one response. 0 replies.
I am not saying this to be critical, condemning or judgmental. Just curious why no one
responded in any way. I wrote down the views that YouTube had posted of the number
of views this song had had. 429,141, that first day. It has steadily increased day by
day. Today that number is 584,608. Someone noticed for sure.
You see, I believe there is a great revelation in the words of this song. Irregardless of
whether you just don't like the style. southern country gospel, there is a message
worth hearing.
My late father used to say, "Many people miss the gospel because they don't like the source
who delivered it to them. Like blaming the mailman because he brought their mail. They made
the bills. He only delivered their mail.
Again, this is NOT to criticize, but to provoke thought.
Last evening the views of this video was 584,608. This morning at 7:15 a.m.,
it has risen to 595,384.
A lady commented on the YouTube video site that there as no "mother's side".
Any comments!

Another lady commented,
"It is indeed scriptural. Read the first chapter of Matthew. It gives the entire lineage of Jesus ending with Mary, the mother of Jesus.
Any comments!
The lineage in Matthew says it's Joseph's lineage. Luke also says it is giving Joseph's lineage. Some say one (Luke, I think) is really Mary's lineage, and the wording there allows for it. (I can't see it, myself, but, well, you know me!) That the lineages are very different is one motivation (IMO) for them to say so.
Luke 3:23 And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli,
Matthew 1:16 and Jacob the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.
