Point though... An all flash home page splash page, while it looks very nice, shoots you in the foot with the search engines... the spider cannot parse a flash file.. there needs to be plain old readable text on the home page to give fodder to the indexing spiders.
And for people.... people want information... pretty splash screens just make them do an unnecessary click. You would be better served by losing the splash and going straight to the informative and also very attractive main page.
On the content pages... The whole navigation is flash, again, cripples you with search spiders, if you are going to have a flash navigation, the main navigation should be duplicated using text links at the bottom of each page. This also helps users who don't have flash... like mobile users..
Also the "Home" link in the main navigation bar dumps back to the splash page, not the main page.
Again though it is a very nice site! Just a few constructive comments to help with usability and visibility!
