On my lunch hour I went to a local grocery store that includes an official post office facility. I mailed a box to my grandaughter who turns "3" this weekend.
Next I went to the deli area for a quick lunch. There are many things already packaged and you can just grab it. A chicken berry salad caught my eye with a sign advertising $3.99. I took it to the register near the deli and she rang up 4.99. I told her there was a sign for 3.99 for that salad only.
Their policy is that it's free if it rings up wrong.
****So....I got a great salad....free! *****

(mixed greens, strips of grilled chicken, a couple spoons of fresh blueberries, a few slivered almonds and a large sliced strawberry with a side of raspberry vinaigrette----very tasty )
