Just look at when Jesus turned the water into wine. It was water and instantly He had changed it into a perfectly aged wine. What would we find in that wine to prove it's age. Who cares? He did it.

If, as you pruport, Jesus made this wine "aged", He would have a a reason to do so. What would His reason be in making a "New" earth appear "Aged?"
He does everything for a specific reason, not just to satisfy our ideas, beliefs or notions.
