Now I'm not a match for those of you on this thread, but one thing I know is that God could, would, and did make something new that was aged.
Just look at when Jesus turned the water into wine. It was water and instantly He had changed it into a perfectly aged wine. What would we find in that wine to prove it's age. Who cares? He did it.

Did he then bottle it and sell as it 30 year old Chateau Guadet complete with a 30 year old label on the bottle showing the date?
I've noticed also that you've had to add, "It was water and instantly He had
changed it into a perfectly aged wine." Why not just take the Word of God for what it says and not start adding jots and tittles to one passage to support a misapprehension of another?
Fact of the matter is, wine in those times was seldom "aged." It was a commodity intended for regular and mass consumption, not a delicacy that was hoarded by connoisseurs. Notice, when the "governor of the feast" was presented with wine in the pots that were used by the guests for washing their hands and feet, he was amazed at the quality, not the fact that such great tasting wine would be stored in a foot bath, lavers and such.
