Misty is a good example for todays young disciples. Her times of fasting and prayer are an encouragement to many. What I like about her music is it contains the whole spectrum of the gospel. Many today only like "positive and encouraging" songs.

While I find her music both of these you find not only the love and worship for Jesus Christ but also lots of teaching on discipleship and holiness. She is one of a very few that sings warnings of judgment to come.
