1 john 5:1 says, "If you believe that Jesus is the Christ --that he is God's Son and your Savior-- then you are a child of God."
So, obviously those folks at IHOP are children of God.
They're born again.
Why go on and on about some off the wall idea that water and Spirit baptism are the new birth? Just accept your brothers and sisters who have been born into the family of God. The second part of
1 John 5: 1 says that if you love the Father you love His other children --your siblings also.
