Those two commands.... quote and off quote...... at the beginning and ending of a paragraph will make it show up as a quote.
Don't put a space between the e and the ] though. I had to put a space there, or it would have turned my words into a quote.

You can insert [ \quote ] and [ quote ] anywhere in the quoted text (leave out the spaces), and add your stuff between them. Repeat somewhere else, until you are satisfied that the quoted poster is thoroughly pwned.

And if you do want the poster's name to show, you type:

Ok, so I understand how to quote multiple posts. But I'm still lost as to splicing up a quote. You see, what I want to do is take an EB quote and splice it up into so many parts it would take him 90 minutes to read it and at certain points, splice it up word by word. I currently splice up quotes by using red font, but I wanna do this the correct way and out-annoy the annoying posters!

And that's what I told you how to do.
You, yourself, have the type the
at the end of each part you want to respond to. Type your response, then type
at the beginning of the next part you want to respond to, and type
at the end of that passage, and type your next response.
I'm making it my mission in life to teach you how to do this.
I'm going to do it to your post below:

Okay, I just typed quote and /quote (inside the square brackets) before and after that phrase. Now I'm going to type quote again (inside the square brackets) to quote the next passage.

Make sense?

Re: What Does It Mean To Be "Meek?" Who must be me
The brackets [ ] issue a command. What you put inside those brackets tells the program what to do with what you've typed. So if you put quote inside those brackets, it will quote the next words you type.... until you tell it to stop quoting. You tell it to stop quoting by putting /quote inside the brackets.
So whichever words are between
and
will appear as a quote.

Oh, for crying outloud. So I actually have to type out the word "quote" and also type the brackets? I can't just push a button? That sounds like a lot of trouble. But I'll go find a post and try it.

Yeah! Takes a little work.
One tip, though, if you're going to chop up a long passage, "copy" the phrase
, and then you can just paste it in. And when you're wanting to end the quote, all you have to do it paste it in, and then type in the /.
