I think it is unjust to judge by what others are paying unless you do a comparison of cost of RE and sq footage. If one has a much larger sq ft than others in the same catergory then I agree there is abuse going on.

But CA is known for having exhoribant RE prices.

But sounds as though she may have a much higher sq ft usage compared to others in the same field.
