She's also the "Speaker" so her responsibilities are greater than other members of Congress; at least until November.
The thing about Rick Perry that "Lite" throws out there is that this is a Texas issue. Pelosi is a Federal issue. What the Texans do has never made any sense to me and doesn't affect me any how - and why doesn't a state like Texas have a "Governor's Mansion?" Our little insignificant state has a handsome restored Victorian era "mansion" / office building adjacent to a state owned park. That's where we keep our Governors - until they get on our nerves or get term limited out.
Perry may simply be the victim of the past failings of Texas' long history of Democrat administrations.
